How do I track my package?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by reaching out to our customer support desk at hello@aboutcacao.com. We are available 24-7 and you will receive a reply soon. We strive for excellent customer support, but depending on the time of year we may take longer in processing requests.


How long does it take for an order to arrive?

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 7 to 10 business days for United States and Canada. Other countries can take up to 28 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, most of our products ship worldwide.

 

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
